Our Cookbook Club meets every other month (or so) to sample recipes from new cookbooks and discuss their merits. Participants will prepare, share, and sample recipes from our featured cookbook. Limited to 15 participants. Co-owner Cathy and Bookseller Karen will host the club.
To participate, you must purchase the featured cookbook from Copperfish Books (10% Book Club discount will be applied) and RSVP for the club. You’ll select one recipe from your book (please email Cathy with your choice at least one week before the club meets to avoid duplication), prepare the dish, and bring it to the club. Bring enough for everyone to sample. Also be ready to share why you selected your recipe and any thoughts about the cookbook. Copperfish Books will supply paper plates, napkins and utensils, and we’ll have tables set up for you to place your dishes on. Seating will also be available.
