James Abraham is a former reporter, editor, editorial writer, literary critic, and columnist with several newspapers including the Milwaukee Journal,Tallahassee Democrat, Charlotte Sun, and Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He has written a well-received political biography that is used in university curricula and has published a collection of his insightful book essays. Abraham is a popular writing coach, critic, and lecturer at writers’ centers and colleges who understands book editing and packaging. His Book-broker Publishers, which he founded 15 years ago, has produced or edited more than 500 books in a variety of genres.
