Store Pickup
You can save on shipping by choosing store pickup during checkout. After placing an order for store pickup, your order will be ready for pick up the same or next business day if we have the book in stock. If we need to order the book, it will take generally 4-10 days for us to get the book in. We will notify you when the order is ready for pick up. Please call the store to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.
Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If you choose to have the books shipped as they become available, the total shipping charge is likely to be higher than what is calculated during checkout.
All packages are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). Books may ship either via Media Mail (Standard) or Priority (Expedited). All non-book items ship via Priority (except for gift certificates, which are mailed First Class for free). Packages that include both books and non-book items must ship via Priority.
Standard (2-8 business days)
- Book orders $100 or more (books only) ship FREE via USPS Media Mail! All books must ship together to a single address.
- For book orders under $100, you pay a flat fee of $5.99 to ship one book via USPS Media Mail to a single address or $9.99 to ship multiple books to a single address. Shipments to more than one address are $5.99 for each additional single-book shipment or $9.99 for each additional multiple-book shipment.
Expedited (1-3 business days)
- Priority Envelope Flat Rate (generally holds 1-2 books) $9.99
- Priority Box Medium Flat Rate (multiple books and/or non-book items – must fit box) $18.99
- Priority Box Large Flat Rate (multiple books and/or non-book items – must fit box) $24.99
- Priority Box Custom (charges TBD depending on size and weight – please contact store)
Tracking is included with each order. Shipping to US addresses only.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You can login to the website at any time to check the status of the order and the tracking number.
